Virtual Coins & Wallet Policy
The demo uses play coins that do not represent real money and have no cash value. Your balance is stored in the browser’s local storage. When your balance falls below 10 while idle, you can manually restore it to exactly 1000 coins. This restoration sets the balance; it does not add to any existing amount. Fractional carry from previous settlements persists across refills and reloads.
If you reload the page during an active round, the round ends without refund or continuation. The captured stake remains deducted, and the balance reflects the state at the moment of reload. Default settings, including a stake of 20 coins, are restored upon reload.
Game Mechanics: Pair Lcm Congruence Mines
The game is played on a 4×4 board with printed labels 1 through 16 in row-major order. Before starting, you select 3, 4, or 5 hazards. The hazards are uniformly sampled from complete subsets where the sum of the least common multiple (LCM) of every unordered hazard pair is divisible by 11. All safe observations filter this finite support.
Each round starts with an initial quoted value of 97% of the captured stake. When you reveal a safe tile, the current gross value is divided by the exact posterior safe probability. If a probability of 1 reveals a safe tile, the gross value remains unchanged. You may collect after at least one safe reveal. Choices are disabled if the gross return exceeds 1000 times the stake, but equality is allowed. The bank automatically collects only when no eligible uncertain choice remains.
Payouts & Settlement
Settlement occurs when you collect or the bank auto-collects. The floor of the sum of raw gross return and stored fractional carry is credited to your balance. Any remainder persists in the fractional carry. Rounds with zero return leave the fractional carry unchanged. The expected RTP is 97% across all modes, though measured returns may vary slightly due to sampling.
Stakes & Controls
Choose a stake of 10, 20, 50 or 100 play coins; the default is 20. Hazard count, stake, restoration and another round are locked during an active round. Eligible board choices and collection follow the current round state. Sound can still be toggled during play.
Storage & Privacy
Your play-coin balance and fractional payout carry are saved in browser localStorage. The page requests Google Fonts resources and sends a visit-counter request to Statinside44. These network requests are separate from the local wallet. The absence of login or payment controls does not establish anonymity or an absence of personal-data processing.
Clearing cached files alone may leave localStorage intact; browser site-data controls can remove the saved wallet.
